Servers down again... Seriously guys?

So I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say your servers or whatever were attacked yet again. That's 3 times this week, do you guys plan on ever actually telling your customers what the hell has been going on? Do you plan on ever telling them how you plan
to reimburse them for all the downtime? I'm not even going to play today now because I can already tell this is going to go on all weekend, really looks like nothing is going to be done at all. All this *** isn't Microsoft's fault, but it has really, really,
REALLY put a bad taste in my mouth as far as your customer service is concerned. You would think they could at least say "Hey guys, here's what's happening and here is a free month of XBL and some free (insert free stuff)", instead all you say is "oh yeah
we are fixing it, it will be up in an hour or two" sick of the cookie cutter replies.

Keep getting the dreaded "Can't connect to EA Servers" message. This is getting old quick.

Codes & How to Fix Your Game for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

Device:
Mobile (Y/N):
Operating System:
Wired or wireless connection:

Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:

Internet Expert

There was an issue today with the Xbox Store servers that prevented people from making new purchases and accessing purchased content. It may have affected some games that needed an active connection to the Xbox Store as well.

The servers appear to be working fine at the time of this post, so you should be good to go.
