Server queue times are getting out of hand and defeating the usefullness

I think my title pretty well says it all. Middle of the day, in the middle of a work week and still the queue is often >10min. Please, add more aervers before we're dorced to drop the service. I love being able to try a game before I bother making room on my series Xs drive, but when i can almost download the game faster, it doesn't reall add much value to the base package. I know adding servers is expensive, but certainly its not more expensive than a mass exodus.
