Server problem Forza Horizon 5

I already asked forza support but no answer, also sent a ticket but no help. Since yesterday I can't get messages to message center, I can't start super 7, action hall is empty, hall of fame is unavailable, I have 0 points in season quests, can't start race in event lab. But I am in online mode, there are other players around me with whom I am playing, but the problem is with the servers, according to the game they are unavailable. Where is the problem?

I tried this last night on Forza Horizon 5 and I couldn't even connect to the servers.

forza horizon is hands down a bad game. in horizon sure they are running a new server but they completely lost the point and physics of the forza franchise. if you want a freeroam game buy need for speed or test drive. i just think forza horizon was a waste
of money by the forza company. at least they are making forza 5 for the 360 and one

It looks like an issue with the in-game server, and as of this writing, there's no ongoing Xbox Live status here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

In the meantime, you may want to try some troubleshooting steps:

If you're on a console, you may follow these steps:

-Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center.

-Select Restart console.

-Select Restart.

If it doesn't work, try a full power cycle:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Wait for 10 seconds

-Plug in again and turn on the console

You may want to clear the MAC address too, by going to your Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC address > Select Clear and your console will restart.

If you're on PC:

You can try to reset your Microsoft Store app:

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps >Look for Microsoft store app > Click on Advanced options > Click Reset > Wait until it finishes> Restart your PC.
