Server popping in/out

    Server popping in/out


    I am sitting here wondering why bingo keeps taking me to choose a new Italy power up numbers to start the game I have been waiting on for over 5 minutes. Each time it goes to '00' seconds and the game should start it goes right back to the power up number
    card blank without the 3 numbers I chose and minus points and tickets to play. So far I have lost an estimate of 180 coins & 84 tickets to play. Can you fix the server, I have a good network that gives me no problems, please fix this.

    Connections issues

    Why do these keep popping up in the middle of games??? There should be absolutely no excuse for server connection issues!!!

    Achievement not popping out

    Hi,

    achievements doesn't pop out when unlocked. I have experienced this behaviour since a couple of months, initially only playing with Forza Horizon 2 and later on with all my Xbox One games. Achievement notification is working properly if I play an Xbox 360
    game on the One.

    Here below there are the workaround I tried:

    - Turn off - turn on the notifications from the option menu

    - hard reset of the console

    - Energy saving power on mode / Fast instant on

    - cache cleaning

    - download of the profile

    I receive the notifications from the Xbox app installed on my smartphone.

    Bingo is still popping in and out, I am in the habit of writing down the number of tickets, keys, power up coins, and coins I have before each game, and the prior estimate is wrong, It was 5 games. each power up coin total is 78 (12, 26b & 42=78, times 5
    equals 390 coins taken for power up coins. and to play is 28 tickets times 5 totaling 140 tickets taken during each time the server restarted in that 5 minutes. What is wrong with this game. will it ever work like it should?

    Hey there Kikebarriga,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with not being able to see notifications. Let's have you try these steps.

    First open the notifications tab on the console and make sure to clear out any notifications you see so we can start fresh.

    Then try the following.

    1. Turn off all notifications on the Xbox One console.

    2. Remove your profile from the console.

    3. Power Cycle the Xbox One console.

    4. Re-add your profile and turn on notifications, then test to see if the notifications are popping up again.

    If that doesn't work, let's try to clear the Alternate MAC and see if that helps.

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Under Network click on Network Settings

    3. Click on Advanced Settings

    4. Click on Alternate MAC address

    5. Select Clear

    Your console will then restart, after the restart go ahead and try to see if it works for you then.

    Let us know how it goes!

    Honeslty from personal experience with this issue, just have patience. This happens time to time due to them being handled on the server side now, once it took an entire week for a set to pop up and other times a few hours. They will suddenly just pop
    up out of nowhere.
