    Server not reachable


    Persona 5 Royal has been crashing on my game pass as soon as it opens it says server not reachable and directs me to a site that doesn't open. But other games have been working just fine like Dishonored. Anyone else facing this? and has a resolution?

    Hi, thejus! I'm Kim, an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly open the Xbox app for Windows.

    In My Library, select the game title.

    Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.

    Select Files and then Verify and repair.

    If it still persists, run the game as an administrator.

    Right-click on the game executable file from the installation folder.

    Select Properties.

    Click on the Compatibility tab.

    On the Compatibility tab, make sure to place a checkmark on the Run this program as an administrator.

    Click on Apply then Ok then try launching the game again.

    Its had its servers shut down for some time now. Its a EA game they shut servers down once a games population reachable a low level.

    Settings > Updates & Security > Check for updates.

    Also, is this the only game that you're having an issue with?
