Server Issues [XBOX ONE]

For about a month ive had troubles installing games and getting some of them to play.

First ill start by saying that my download speeds fluctuate. Sometimes it will go from 20mbps to 0 when im downloading games.

i can get into match making and play with no lag or anything. The problem is when i get the message "Could not connect to XBOX LIVE" right after a match begins or before hand.

Ive tried hard resets, modem resets, called ISP, you name it. Nothing is working yet everything thing else in my house that connects to the internet works perfectly fine.

Even my last gen ps3 and xbox 360 works just fine so what gives? Haven't had this problem before until recently.

Ive noticed people having the same problem on down detector, but customer support insist its just on our end.

My request is at least to have some clarity, are you guys at xbox hq having a meltdown or am i in need of a therapist? Im wasting money with both either way and one is beneficial atm...

Xbox quitting game and returning to home screen randomly

I have called Microsoft Support. This issue started for me yesterday with NBA2k14 only. I reinstalled the game and the same issue occurred. The Microsoft Support Rep. had told me that the issue is with 2k servers and that their was possibly a patch or update on the website. I did not find one. You may need to check the game manufacterers for updates. uninstalling and reinstalling should prompt the update but if they are having server issues then we may need to wait until their server issues are fixed to attempt the update again. If its an issue with your xbox then you may want to put in a service ticket.

So are you complaining about the Xbox One or the EA servers that are disconnecting you?

 

please post the brand and model of your network equipment , modem and router or gateway and wired or wireless...
