    i have been talking to a microsoft rep and they say its not there server its activision server and they sent them a email but it could take up to 24 hours before the problem is fixed

    If there is some issue with Advanced Warfare, then contacting Activision and Sledgehammer games would be your best course of action, as they run the servers for the game. Microsoft has nothing to do with them.
