    If you click on the 'Support' forum and then click on 'Answered' to see all of the questions about the server issue that have been answered, you will find ZERO answers. So that is a resounding NO to all of us who have been asking if anyone is reading our
    mail/complaints.

    Xbox Live Rewards not transferring to account

    They only work Monday-Friday 9 AM PST - 5 PM PST. They answer posts in first come first serve order so you may be answered a bit late, but you'll be answered.

    Unfortunately that's not something we can answer on the forums. Servers have issues sometimes. No system is perfect.

    You just answered your own question. The EA servers are unavailable. Not MS servers. If they were you wouldnt have been in party chat. EA has the worst gaming servers period. This issue is not uncommon
