    SERVER ERRORS


    Firstly, apologies to my friends for not being able to send you gifts or receive the one's you've sent me. Every time I click on send keys or power ups I get kicked off the site.

    When I click on a gift sent to me, sometimes I'm lucky that it will be accepted but when I click again, the whole process freezes and it either kicks me off the site or after 3-4 minutes of waiting for that gift to register I have to close out the game as
    obviously it's frozen again!

    I've had issues with gifting friends for close to a month now. I thought the problem may have been that I had too many (810) so I removed about 80 of them, had success in sending gifts for 1 day then once again I have the issue of getting booted off the
    site.

    Please fix connection issues asap!!

    When is someone going to find a permanent solution to all the server errors of this game? It is the only game that has a constant disruption in playing and is getting to a point where I don't play as much as I used to.

    Server is down. They finally updated the server to now show an 'Unexpected Error' message instead of the Error 500. Typical launch day server overload...

    I believe the servers are down, you will need to wait for Microsoft to fix this issue.

    my first guess would be NAT. you BOTH need to check your NAT. Google: Xbox one Nat settings.
