HELLO ALL,

TWO DAYS NOW IM EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH MY MULTIPLAYER ACTIVITY ONLY TO MY EA GAMES.CANNOT PLAY ONLINE DUE TO SERVER TIME OUT OR DISCONNECTIONS.ANY SUGGESTIONS?

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Have you checked with EA to find out if they are having issues. Since it is only your EA games you should reach out to them. https://help.ea.com/en/

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you're experiencing server errors specifically with EA titles on your Xbox One, then you may wish to troubleshoot using the following support article to see if it improves your connection: "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live".

Should the messages you're receiving when disconnected specifically read that they are disconnecting from EA Servers and not Xbox Live, then it may be best to contact EA directly to see what may be happening on their end as our Ambassador has recommended
as well.

I think the servers are dead or a little few players actually play it. Since the BF players that wont have or dont like BF1 and BFV system or mode are all in BF4.

Cant do BF1 or Titanfall 2. Heard that EA is having some major issues.
