    Way too many server errors. My internet connection is excellent and Bingo keeps telling me I can't connect. It does it sometimes just after I've opened all my rewards, it closes and I lose everything! Very frustrating, almost seems like it's done on purpose!

    I believe the servers are down, you will need to wait for Microsoft to fix this issue.

    my first guess would be NAT. you BOTH need to check your NAT. Google: Xbox one Nat settings.
