    Do you have any other backwards compatible content that youre able to sign into on the Xbox One? If youve never logged in from a 360 standpoint, it could mean that the system needs to see 360 "footprints" before allowing the purchase to go through. If you
    HAVE signed into back compat on the x1, and are still getting the error, you might try to add your profile to a 360 natively and complete the purchase through there.
    I don't have an xbox 360 to sign in.

    Did you ever figure it out?
    had same problem!!! Found the fix. You have to go on an xbox 360 or get someone to go on theirs and simply download your profile to it!!!!!

    Drove me mad but it works!!!

    had same problem!!! Found the fix. You have to go on an xbox 360 or get someone to go on theirs and simply download your profile to it!!!!!

    Drove me mad but it works!!!
