Since i've bought the Xbox One S, I can't get the free games on xbox live. I already lost Splinter Cell and now I'm going to lose Dead Space 3. The following error appears:

I already tried to get it in I.E, Mozilla, Chrome and Edge. I've also disconnected my Acc and change the credit card (the error first appeared when I was configuring it). It might be useful to know that I never had an Xbox 360.

Do you have any other backwards compatible content that youre able to sign into on the Xbox One? If youve never logged in from a 360 standpoint, it could mean that the system needs to see 360 "footprints" before allowing the purchase to go through. If
you HAVE signed into back compat on the x1, and are still getting the error, you might try to add your profile to a 360 natively and complete the purchase through there.

 

Hello! Do you know if you're able to purchase (or attempt to purchase) any Xbox 360 content?

 

I don't have an xbox 360 to sign in.

 

And I can normally download xbox 360 games(by Game Pass). I have already downloaded Injustice and Gears of War to try, but when I try to get those for free on Xbox Live Gold, the error shows up. (not only them, all xbox 360 game)
