I'm trying to download one of the free games of the month (Splinter Cell Convivtion). I keep getting the following error page.

I have already tried talking to Microsoft support with no success. They told me I would hear back from them 3 days ago, still no word. The game will be gone in three days can somebody help me ASAP please!

Server Error in '/' Application when trying to buy Backwards Compatible Games

Try clearing the cache of the browsers. For the console hold the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Have tried Xbox browser, phone browser, laptop browser and the Xbox one store.

make sure that you clear cookies and history and refresh, there might be a server side error and should be getting worked on as you would not be the only one effected

In addition to above when you insert an Xbox 360 disc for a game that is backwards compatible your console will need to download the backwards compatible version of the game from the Microsoft servers and you must keep the disc in the console to play the
game.
