    Error with backwards compatibility

    Whenever I go to backwards compatible game store and select "Get price" instead of it showing me the regular window I get an error page that says "Server error in "/" application." It only happens in console and only for backwards comparible 360 games, not
    regular xbox one games. Any tips?

    Unable to buy Red Dead Redemption

    Hello,

    I am trying to buy the backward compatible Red Dead Redemption for my Xbox One but whenever I reach to point where I'd have to pay, either on the Xbox One or on the Webstore, the same thing happens. The store tells me that I have no valid billing information (I
    have working billing informations I regulary use) and when I enter the requested information an error appears. (Server Error in '/' Application.)

    Is there any other way to buy the game or how to fix this?

    Try clearing the cache of the browsers. For the console hold the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hello, As long as the 360 game is backwards compatible you will be able to play it through the One console. When you try to play the 360 backwards compatible game it will sign your system in the 360 servers and you'll be able to play that game.

    make sure that you clear cookies and history and refresh, there might be a server side error and should be getting worked on as you would not be the only one effected
