sorry if i put this in the wrong forum. i went to the xbox avatar store and clicked details under an item. i got the following:

i get the above, too, when i access the xbox avatar store via my xbox one. what can i do?

btw, can i get free/paid xbox avatar items by going to the xbox avatar store on my computer without needing to add a payment option via credit card/paypal, neither of which i have/use? i have some money on my xbox one from an xbox card i bought. do i need
an xbox 360 to get avatar items for my xbox one? i go around and around with this.

well, it happened with a number of items. not just items. also going back on my web browser. hard to explain , offhand. can you help me with regards to getting avatar items? i have no xbox 360 and have no credit debit/card or paypal acct. to use as a payment
option. i only have "money" on my xbox one from when i bought what i believe was an xbox gift card. i'm, but it's very frustrating.
