    SERVER ERROR IN '/' APPLCATION


    Error when I try to buy/download any 360 game!!!!!. Rang support and gentleman had no idea was on phone nearly one hour and he was meant to email me but did not bother I am so angry. No solution is online I have tried on my phone,
    Work PC and home xbox one x and same error every single time so nothing to do with Router or browser as people suggest.

    No child account. No restrictions at all I am out of ideas and losing the will to live.

    my first guess would be NAT. you BOTH need to check your NAT. Google: Xbox one Nat settings.
