    Server Connectivity Blocked


    Hi, I've been having a problem with the Xbox App on Windows 10. I built my first computer and installed Windows 10 through an OOBE so I could keep everything. After about a month of using it I tried to start a party with one of my friends on Xbox through
    the Windows 10 Xbox app. It first said that the Teredo was unable to be qualified and after searching the internet I fixed that. Now the newest problem is that the app says that I have a moderate NAT Type, bu the Server Connectivity is Blocked. I tried to
    find help for that, from Microsoft's help to Reddit, but nothing works. If anyone has any idea to fix this please help me. Thank you.

    I'd be happy to provide some input.

    So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

    I would suggest looking over our article when
    Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked     and go over the steps listed there to see if any of that helps.

    Let us know if the server connectivity is still blocked after going over those steps.

    It seems troubleshooting Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is did not work, let us try to reset Windows Store app. Please follow the instructions below:

    1. Close Windows Store app, if it’s running.

    2. In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.

    3. Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option. Click Yes button when you see the User Account Confirmation box.

    NOTE: If the WSReset utility is not appearing in the search result, you can launch the same from the System32 folder (Windows\System32). To open WSReset tool from System32 folder, please navigate to the drive where Windows 10 is installed (usually “C”),
    open up Windows folder, and open up System32 folder. Here, you can find WSReset.exe file. Right-click on it and then click Run as administrator option.

    4. The Store app should now automatically launch along with the Command Prompt. The Command Prompt window will automatically disappear after a couple of seconds.

    Hi,

    Incorrect configuration settings is one of the possible reasons why you are not able to play online on your Xbox app and getting the error: "Connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked". To help you resolved this concern, we recommend that you perform the steps
    below:

    Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. This can help remove problems with an app from Windows Store. To do this, you may refer to the link below:

    Click here

    Step 2: Reset Xbox app settings.

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

    Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

    1. Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage
    4. Hit Enter. Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We'd be happy to help but in order to help you we are going to need more information about the issue.

    What server are you talking about? Fortnite's servers or Xbox Live servers?

    Are you playing on Xbox One?

    Are you connected to Xbox Live?

    What error message or code are you getting?

    Are you trying to talk with friends in an Xbox Live party or just the in-game chat?

    Please give us more information on this issue so we can have a better understanding on what you are experiencing.

    Hi MohammadSh55,

    Let's try to check the NAT type status on Xbox app so that we could isolate this issue. This will help us to determine what's causing you unable to join party chats. In your Xbox app. kindly go to
    Settings > Network > check NAT type. Can you tell us what's the NAT type status listed? Also, have you tried connecting your computer to another network?
