Server connectivity: Blocked on windows 10

Hey Support, I have tried everything mentioned on this link
http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-on-windows/social/server-connectivity-xbox-app-displays-blocked

yet it still shows the following

Xbox multiplayer

NAT type: Moderate

Server connectivity: blocked

Please can you let me know how to get this problem fixed? Thanks

So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.    

3. Copy and paste the following command.          get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 



4. Press Enter key.

After uninstalling the Xbox app, we suggest you to download and install the app again and check.

Tried everything nothing seems to be working atm
