So if you purchase a new Xbox One X you can contact Xbox Support and speak with an agent to purchase the Microsoft Complete Extended Warranty for the console. Just make sure you have the proof of purchase (if not from Microsoft Store locally or online) and
the console is registered at account.microsoft.com/devices. Now, if you are purchasing the console from Microsoft online you have the option to add the MS Complete to the shopping cart as well.
