Server Connection Error (X-Box Bingo on PC)

This has been occurring for a few days, but usually it only requires a few re-tries to establish a connection. I've tried five times to establish the connection and they all have failed.

Sadly, neither the in-game help or support functions appear to direct the user to current web pages of any use (IE. Your 'Help' and 'Support' functions are no longer working properly too).

bingo server problems

cant connect to bingo server. this has been happening for several days now. other x-box games are working fine. seems like many people are having same problem. please fix!

It seems the games server is having trouble. It should be back up soon.

Can you tell us if you see any problems in the network connection test page on the Xbox app?

Start > Xbox app > settings (cog wheel at bottom left) > network.

Also, if you don't see any problems this could be network related or a program on your computer is interrupting something like a service that needs to be running. Try a clean boot to see if it fixes the problem:

1. Start

2. Type "msconfig"

3. Click "Selective Startup"

4. Uncheck "Load Startup Items" and leave "Load System services" and "Use original boot configuration" enabled.

5. Reboot after you click OK. Note that this turns off all programs but windows items with the next boot.

6. If this causes issues please undo the settings change and select "Normal Startup".
