Discus and support Server cant get Whitelisted in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot get on this ever called Edge of Eternity they get an error when they try to add me.     Server cant get Whitelisted


    I cannot get on this ever called Edge of Eternity they get an error when they try to add me.

    They are saying it is because I have the Windows 10 version of Minecraft. And their server is on the Java version.

    Name - Minecraft Profile | NameMC if you go to that website it says my username is blocked

    Please help me.

    I can't join my friend on minecraft but I have an Open Nat

    There are some possible reasons you cant connect:

    1. The server is full

    2. The server's IP or port is wrong

    3. The server is not online

    4. The server is whitelisted

    They probably have their servers set to not allow everyone to chat. Like a whitelist.

    Sorry but that won't do anything. People who enjoy trolling will find ways to troll no matter what you do. The only way to combat it is to be very selective about who you invite. That's why most good PC servers have whitelists or the IP is only given out
    to trusted friends.

    If the router is the college campas's then you cant personally. The college isnt going to do that either as it would leave their network wide open and vulnerable.

    That being said most college campuses block gaming devices unless they are whitelisted. Generally the only way to fix this is to speak with the colleges IT Admin and ask them to add your console to the whitelist so i can get past their firewall.

    Again you wouldnt be able to do any of this yourself and would have to contact your colleges IT admin.
