Served my suspension now let me play!

I recently served two suspensions. I had a communication ban which was supposed to be lifted on 07/11/2017 and a multiplayer ban that was scheduled to be lifted the very next day on 07/12/2017. The multiplayer ban was lifted I can play games online just
fine, however the communication ban that should have been lifted a day before the multiplayer ban was is still there. I cannot talk to anybody or send messages when I check my enforcement history it shows the two bans I received and doesn't say that I'm banned
or anything else. Ive called xbox support about ten times and all they can tell me is to post on here and pray for a miracle. It's really unfair that not only 1.) I was banned for unfair reasons but 2.) that I served my suspension and still can't play properly.
And 3.) Xbox enforcement has no way to contact them. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE?

to whom it may concern my gamertag was suspended for two weeks begining on 9-11-2015 until 9-25-2015 and im still not able to communicate with my friends today is 9-26-2015 can someone lift my suspension i served my time now let me get back
to gaming thanks in advance

Xbox enforcement can you please restore my communications please, I served my suspension and learned my lesson. since it was lifted I have not been able to communicate with friends. can somebody, anybody respond to me pleas and let me know what is going
on. im on vacation from work and just wanna play my xbox. please don't make me go out and by a playstation because im a loyal xbox player but what else am I to do.

please try removing your profile from the console, then perform a full physical power cycle like mentioned here:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console make sure you wait at least 60seconds before powering the console on again, and then redownload your profile

Let us know the results.

 

It didn't work. My enforcement history shows no active suspension but the little hammer icon is still yellow for some reason .

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.
