    Will I please be answered on why you need Xbox live gold to play games online like fortnite for example it’s a free to play game yet on your Xbox we need to pay 10.99 a month to do so. We pay enough for the game and sometimes their most awaited feature is
    locked to gold users only

    You are just driving your customers away Microsoft just stop

    It did that to me a couple times last night! But after about 5 minutes it let me go back into mm! It is better after the patch! But still has a long ways to go

    Gold has been required to play online since Live started so it's not exactly driving anyone away.

    Thank you for your post! We're currently working on ways in which we can engage with you guys more. At the minute, us ambassadors are looking for a variety of opinions in order to see what people want.

    In my opinion, I do feel as if that for some games, you're correct so I do agree with you on some sort of a level. But in order for Microsoft to make a profit, it needs to sell it's products and services such as live. If Microsoft didn't do what it does
    now, we wouldn't have a great console as what we have now.
