Seriously worrying problem with my Xbox One

So, I turn on my Xbox One less than an hour ago, it signs me in, doesn't connect to Xbox Live, then reconnects to Xbox Live, then signs me out again, then I sign in again and now it's telling me that the last time I've done anything on the console (including
playing games like Warframe and MGSV, both of which I played yesterday) was 1st September 2014 (I only bought my Xbox One last year).

So, I turned it off, unplugged it and waited 30 mins. I just turned it back on to be logged in and then immediately signed out yet again. When I tried to sign back in, I was asked for my password, which all worked and I got in again, but everything is still
all wrong. When I wasn't signed into my account, everything displayed properly (the last things I used were Fallout 4, Microsoft Edge, Warframe, MGSV and The Witcher 2), but yeah, as soon as I was signed in, it all displays wrongly again.

Everything has gone wrong, and my current played games list seems to have dialed back by about 1 month, showing me that I last used Upload Studio and XCOM2.

I don't know what the heck is going on. Have I been hacked? Is this going to affect my Cloud Saves? My last complaints had allegedly resulted in my e-mail being forwarded directly to the Investigations Team, and yet I've received no word from them at all.
Is this Microsoft's doing?

My ISP has been messed up too, routinely providing me with 0.00MB Upload Speed and other stupid stuff, but NONE of that has happened again within the last day and I CANNOT afford to lose my saved games no matter what!!!

What am I even supposed to do? I knew cloud saves were a bad idea. Can't you at least employ a system that doesn't rely on the fickle nature of internet connections to keep your saved data?!

Seriously though.. a problem that is as minor as this should have been fixed, the people at Microsoft need to get off their lazy butts, stop worrying about patching every little glitch in games, and fix the minor problems that persist with our consoles..

 

Hey there Ephidel, was the last person who contacted you "Mister Cizl" about forwarding your information to an investigation team? I was in that same topic as you about jerky/laggy performance in games since the August/September dashboard updates. Nobody
ever reached out to me either but I have not had this unfortunate problem befall me. I'm sure you've already given it a try but I would try to contact Microsoft support directly cause the help we get on the forums seems suspect at best lately.

 

Sorry for the double post but it wouldn't let me edit my other post. I started a new topic about all the lag/frame rate stuff we've all had since the August/September update. I linked your thread in there as well to megaphone your issue a bit. I have no
idea if any of this is unrelated to our previous issues but it all seems rather weird to me. Maybe post your issue in there as well and keep being loud about this and hopefully you'll get some proper help for this and the other issues in the past month. Sorry
this again about this happening to you man.

Well, now my Metal Gear Solid V : The Phantom Pain save data is corrupted. GG, Microsoft. You're really starting to accrue some hatred now.

At this rate, if it gets any worse, I may seek criminal damages due to negligence/incompetence, and don't worry, your Terms of Service that tries to circumvent legal procedure and provide a disclaimer to literally everything and accept zero culpability doesn't
preclude you from being subject to other national or international laws. I hope you're taking this all very seriously, as I sure am.
