    Seriously new to modern video games


    OK. I play video games, but I'm have been playing the same systems for decades. Mostly Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, but I also really like some sega genesis. I used to play PS2 when that was new, but then went back to the classics. Well, I recently was given
    an Xbox 360 and a ton of games so I figured I would dive in. I'm pretty hooked. I feel silly because I've been missing out on some seriously awesome video games. Literally, it blew my mind when I saw Skyrim for the first time. Anyways, sorry to ramble, if
    anyone wants to add me to their friends list that would be chill.

    TDLR: Looking for Xbox Live friends.

    Is XBOX getting too ambitious?

    With regards to 8K, that's for video. Honestly, with a modern CPU and GPU 8K video isn't too hard to do. My PC can do 8K 60fps video streams on YouTube effortlessly. It's nice marketing jargon for the none technical minded console only gamers to get
    in a tizzy about. H.265 video decoding is built in to modern GPU's. The new consoles won't have problems playing 8K video.

    It won't be 8K gaming that's for sure, modern high end gaming PC struggle with 4K still.
