Seriously need help with setting this thing up

    Seriously need help with setting this thing up


    I've spent hours combing through every piece of advice listed in the subreddit, on the Xbox website and yet I still cannot for the life of me get this to run, I've linked everything been an Xbox insider since launch and whenever I launch the app on my phone I'm still on the learn more / sign out / privacy statement screen and still cannot test this, it's probably really simple but I cannot figure out what the hell I'm doing wrong, thanks in advance!

    Need Help With Set Up

    Without knowing what HTiB you have, anything would be just a guess. A lot of HTiB systems use their own, dedicated connections and do not even accept outside components. Personally, you couldn't pay me to have one.



    HDMI is superior to component, and you don't have to worry about buying a higher end one. With Component, you have to get a high quality run for it to be any good.

    I have did the factory reset choosing the option to keep everything installed and it seems is everything well now. Relief! Thanks for the help guys!

    SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

    Ok well if you are not sure if you are using WEP or WPA its likely your not using the correct WEP key or WPA passphrase, you need to access your routers menu via
    http://192.168.1.1 and find out those details

    If all your wireless support WPA2 I would recommend using WPA2 AES security

    SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

    Try disconnecting your router/modem, then wait 30 seconds, connect it back, test your connection, and make sure to remember what the password is to your router connection in order for you to use it.
