Seriously need help donno what else to do.

pre ordered ww2 on the 1st. Played this moring all was good. Left for lunch and came back to a notification that i needed to buy the game or stick a disk in. Ok so i went to the store and it says i need to buy it again.... ok?. So i check my bank statement.
yup payed for.





So i contact xbox support over the phone. They claim i diddint buy the game and that im a lier because its not showing up in my order history or so thats what "Kevin" who is a superviser told me. I dont even want a refund i just wanna play. Where do i go from
here??? Someone obv took my money =\

i bought fallout 3 goty and tryed to install it but getting a error that says i need a harddrive to istall expansion pacck or attach one..donno what the f to do..

Tryed this. it routes me to the 4my xbox number and they have been absolute no help. According to them i never bought it. lol..... seriously. I told them i could play the morning it was released. My profile shows i even have a trophie and he says "you could
have used a disk". And "you diddint buy it" or "you bought it on another account". Um nope im the only owner of my xbox and have only had 1 account. Its not rocket science and these guys dont have a awnser for me. Im not shelling out another 60 bucks when
my first 60 dissapeared in thin air. How do i contact someone who can acually help me?

 

Bank issued my money back. Yay. **** you microsoft never pre ordering from you again. My Nintendo switch has better graphics anyways.
