    Seriously Microsoft! Get a wireless mic on shelves!


    I know its a popular topic im just here to help it happen. Why is there no wireless mic for the Xbox one? They had it for the older consoles and it worked great. Used it all the time and tjat was in 2010 or earlier. Now here we are in 2015 and we go BACK
    in time with a wored mic? What the heck. Makes no sense what so ever. All we want (we) as in gamers all we want is a wireless stuff, wires are a thing of the past. I will buy a wireless mic the day it came out no matter the price. And I say mic because I dont
    want a headset with big speakers in my ear I have surround sound for that.

    No wireless xbox one headset?

    Is there really no xbox one headset that is truly wireless(thats not very expensive)? I had the wireless xbox 360 mic by microsoft and it was my favorite mic of all time, and I had numerous turtle beaches. This no wireless feature seams to be going backwards
    in time and a bad decision. I strongly urge microsoft to change this soon (hopefully they announce something at this years e3).

    Having said that did anyone hear any rumors about a wireless mic like the one on the 360 from microsoft?

    Personally I prefer everything wired so I don't have connection issues/interruptions/hassle with charging and batteries

    They might not have put one on the market because the market isn't big enough for full wireless mic's

    I suggest posting to the feedback website instead of the forums for ideas/requests like this

    I wish Xbox would stock more classic fps title on xbla.

    Nowadays, I play mostly Doom and Duke Nukem on the old 360, I only touched the new Call of Duty for literally 20 minutes, before shelving it for good. What a waste of sixty bucks.

    Seriously Microsoft, Steam is getting most of my video game money nowadays.

    Well, it all depends on what you're looking for. The best overall quality mic, would be a wireless Tritton headset. The cord mics are awful. The wires often become loose, and the mics no longer function properly. As for the Microsoft made wireless mics,
    they are good for a short time, but do not expect a lot of use out of them. Often, the battery stops functioning, or the keys on the side stick (Making the mic inoperable).

    So, if you are looking for a short-term, cheap, but good quality mic, I would recommend the wireless Microsoft made headset. These cost $49.99

    If you are looking for a long-term, great quality headset with no cost boundaries, I would recommend wireless Trittons.

    I know that the Tritton Warhead 7.1 Wireless Surround Sound headset costs $300.

    JMPO but I think it's silly that there isn't a wireless headset/mic for the X1 yet.

    When the 360 first came out, we had to be tethered to our controllers with that stupid wired headset. When they came out with the wireless mic, I eventually bought 2, just so I didn't have to go back to the wired one when the wireless one needed charged.

    Seems like they can come out with all kinds of surround sound headsets with a built in mic, and adaptors for some others, but nobody can seem to come up with a simple wireless mic? Seriously... FFS I have a decent surround sound system already... I don't
    need a 1, 2, 3 hundred dollar set of SS headphones, I just need a wireless headset. How hard can that possibly be?
