Seriously can someone help me unregister my [Mod Removed] console from the preview beta?

I can't stand this anymore. There are way too many [Mod Removed] updates in the preview beta and every single time my console gets *** up. I have unregister a total of 4 times already using the damn app and still get preview updates. I have
talked to support and they say they can't do a damn thing and that I would have to unregister using the app which I have done 4 times most recently a week ago. Some take me off the damn preview update list!!!!!

xbox one preview program issue

Hi there, I bought a used xbox one from game stop, I was invited to the preview program under . however it says when I open the preview app "that this console is already registered to another account" can someone help me, I receive the updates
but I cannot see whats new, or bug fixes. can I give someone my console serial number and they can unregister the old account on this console? I tried to get into the preview program forums but it says group not found?

I'm trying to get into the preview app for the first time in this console using my account (I'm a preview member), however It says that I'm already registered with another gamertag, this was probably my brothers and It's removed from the console and we don't
have access to it anymore.

What should I do to "unregister" the console in order to be able to use the preview app with my account?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the preview updates. If you cannot leave the program using the app (it can take a few days to register the change) then you should post your request in the preview forums area.

I know it said it takes 48 hours....but guess what I unregister last week after the last update *** up my IP and Gateway address and it said it would take 48 hours to unregister only to give me another damn update today and when I checked the app it tells
me that I can unregister again. Something is screw up with the app and unregistering. I feel like I am trap with this damn app.

 

Post in the link I sent you or send a pm to XB1R Hermes letting him know you want to be removed from the program. He may be able to help you out.

 

Unregestering will not stop you getting updates until the current preview is finished.

Once the current preview is finished and the update goes public you should then stop receiving more preview updates.

That's how it's supposed to work anyway.

 

When the hell does this damn preview build end. God damn it I just got another damn update after getting one 2 days ago and another 2 days before that. Seriously I'm thinking about selling my Xbox One just because of this crap. I want to play a game, but
wait got to sit though a 10 minute download and then another 10 minute install of the update and then 2 days later it happens again. I don't know how people can stand this kind of crap with the frequency of update in the preview program. I also posted help
on the actual official preview update beta forum and guess what...its a ghost town over there no one is answering anything.

 

P.S. if the mods are able to remove some of the colorful language why can't they acknowledge that their is a problem with the preview build registering app.

 

Is your console set to instant on? If not you should do so. The updates will load up in the background overnight so you won't see them. I'm in the preview and have yet to see an update pop up on my console.

The console will not be officially removed until after the current beta is released to the public. Please be patient.

 

When will it be released to the public in the uk and is that when I can register another tag for the preview program on that console ?
