Serious troubles with RE6

I am Having a serious issue with my Xbox 360 copy of re6 I keep getting the unrecognizable disc error. It doesn't happen with any other game and this game used to play fine I thought it was a scratch but I took it to be professionally cleaned and it is still
doing it. Sometimes it will read it but after playing a while I get the message again and when I try to install the game on the system it will get all the way to 91 percent and give me the message again. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong and how to fix
it?

To be quite honest I think the AI works pretty well. In fact, I usually play RE6 with either of my two sons and when we have trouble with quick time chases or other situations we will quit and use the AI bots to get through.

I am in serious trouble

I bought a second hand xbox one with digitally downloaded games and the seller has now changed the password for the account. I think he is a fraud and sells many consoles like this. Any kind of help is appreciated.

the reviews are really unfair and there isn't that many bugs/glitches tbh. 2 patches and more dlc maps (modes) will keep people playing till after the release of re6 but it really needs the support if capcom are serious about making a game like this.
