Serious Sam 4 Cloud saves

Tenho mais de 8 horas de jogo do serious sam 4 no Xcloud, decidi baixar o jogo pela gamespass, quando eu baixei no inicio solicitou a minha conta do xbox, coloquei, achando que iria sincronizar, mas me enganei, está cinza como se fosse para iniciar um novo jogo, tenho mais de 8 horas, não sei o que fazer, mas começar novamente não dá, alguém tem alguma dica? Segue a imagem de algo curioso, conquista diferentes do mesmo jogo, é como se fosse o outro jogo, para maior resolução o sem conquista alguma é o recém baixado, o com 16 é o do Xcloud.

Obrigado por entrar em contato com os fóruns! Lamentamos saber de seu problema e gostaríamos de ajudar. Eu fiz algumas pesquisas e descobri que existem na verdade duas versões diferentes do jogo. A primeira imagem abaixo é a versão para pc que você tem em seu pc e a segunda imagem é a versão para console / jogo em nuvem que você já está jogando. Serious Sam 4 não é um jogo "Play Anywhere", então seus jogos salvos não serão transferidos entre o console e o PC. Observe também que a versão do jogo para PC não oferece suporte para salvamentos na nuvem, apenas locais.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! We are sorry to hear about your issue and would like to help out. I have done some research and I have discovered that there is in fact two different versions of the game. The first image below is the pc version which you have on your pc and the second image is the Console/Cloud gaming version which you have already been playing. Serious Sam 4 is not a "Play Anywhere" game so your saved games will not transfer between console and pc. Also make note that the PC version of the game does not support cloud saves only local.

I was hoping to see Doom 4 or Serious Sam 4. Nothing really caught my attention though.

It's unlikely to be violence related, Left 4 dead series have more gore and violence then serious sam.

Ooh, that's a good deal! I assume the disc contains both versions seperately (same amount of gamerscore as XLBA versions and they come up as two seperate games?)

Thanks for pointing it out before I went ahead and bought one of them! I have a fair amount of points to use, but I'll save those for Battlefield 3 maps or something.
