    Rant time.

    Xbox series 2 controller

    I bought the controller from walmart had mapping issues that led to warranty cover under microsoft. Well they kept my empty box so i can no longer return it (said walmart manager they will not recieve credit.. so I'm stuck with it), the 2nd controller i recieved
    under warranty is having same issues so I am having to send it back. (Heres the kicker) < --I paid full price for a brand new controller and I was informed that all warranty claims recieve a refurbished replacement instead of new....WHAT!? I paid full price
    just to recieve a controller I could get at a discounted rate around 20-40% off, this is horrible service if you ask me. Why would they NOT send a NEW replacement.-->

    Yes, I do agree that the higher value items need to come with better warranty and replacement options. Me series 2 elite has not had any issues but I know a lot of other people's have.

    Hi, i'm having the same problem. Here in Europe then send to you a refurbished one. But here the law say they need to send the same our the new one, not an refurbished. So, at this moment i'm waiting go receive the controller and after talk with my lawyer.

    OP: the product breaking right after the warranty runs out? Yep, that sounds about right. Happens to me alllll the time. You're not alone. I swear they build 'em to do that!

    5 xboxes in 4 years?! I'm seriously starting to think these things are extremely, poorly made. I went through 2 in just a few months (they were refurbished, though) and just bought a brand new one the other day. I've seen so many people say how they've had
    several. Makes me nervous!
