Serious Problem!

Hi Guys, sorry to bother you now but I've had a problem lately with my Xbox one's live account.

Its a long story so I'll start from the very beginning to clear up any confusion...

First to start off about two and a half years ago I got my sister to make an live account for me (because I didn't know how to make one myself), so that I could play the indie arcade games and single player games etc. Not paying attention to the fact that
she used Her E-mail in the process making everything ten times as complicated later in the future.

About two years later I noticed that Microsoft's regulations had changed which included "Associating" your Xbox live account with all of the other Microsoft services such as Outlook, Hotmail, etc. Of course now that everything is linked with Microsoft, everything
that I own on my account now belongs to her, this include all of the games and progress and anything else I have on there.

Basically in the end her email is now linked with my Xbox account( which I also have a live subscription on ) Meaning whatever Microsoft wants to change will have to be done through her email.

Please tell me if there is any way of "carrying over" everything to my Microsoft account (Xbox account)

serious problem.

So I have an outstanding balance on my account, Im trying to fix it by using a different prepaid card, but your service is telling me me card is invalid. Which I guarantee it is not. And while I try to fix this, your company continues to charge my account.
I recently purchased a year for XBOX live, and I cant redeem it. Somebody help me, Or im going to back to sony.

 

Serious PROBLEM

Only some of my challenge kills are registering. It said I hadn't killed any people crouched so I counted how many I killed last game and it was 3. After I go in and look and it still says zero. I'm already level 16 with no calling cards unlocked like
wtf is going on here. Is this happening to everyone or just me?? Not to mention when I create a class not in the lobby screen the class I just created doesn't appear in the game it's only when I make the class during the lobby with people in it does the new
class I created appear. I'm getting super confused someone please help me!

 

Its your gamertag that owns everything, ll you have to do is change the email address over.

If you want someone to talk you through it talk to live chat support through the contact us link at the top.

Or

Go to live.com, sign in with her email details, go in an add your email details on the security tab and on the alias tab, then on the alias tab, make your new email the primary email, and remove her email from both the security and alias tabs.

Theres a bit more to it than that but follow the prompts and you will get through it.

Thanks! Although i think this is for the Xbox 360 where is the guidance for the Xbox one?

 

there isn't any for the one, I don't think you can on the one, I have just done mine and did it through live.com.

if you are really unsure, contact live chat support, they are very good.

Click the account image, then any of the options to bring up the options, make sure you pick Chat With Microsoft support

Please come on, this is becoming really irritating!

None of the solutions have worked so far!?

Even Talking to Microsoft support they really could not be bothered.

 

I have an email address linked to my account that I have never used. Was genearted when I signed up my son for Live. Tried changing this but support could not help
