  2. I now have a USD and a GBP account but it wont allow me to use the GBP one. Defaults to USD. At the time of purchase i was logged into my account in uk using uk only account and purchasing GBP Credit. It told me when trying to redeem the code i was set
    to the wrong region. I am new to xbox live and followed instructions to amend region to redeem the code .

  6. If you simply want to use the GBP on your account you need to purchase from the UK market. You shouldn't have an issue purchasing Xbox one games from a different region than the one you're in. If you're on the website select UK region at the bottom so it
    shows you the UK marketplace. On the console change your location in the system settings. This should be possible. Go here to understand it better.

    Have you tried to correct the setting, or update your profile at commerce.microsoft.com?

    You may also want to change the region/locale settings on your console.

    If the code is for UK, and you are on the correct region on your account, you should have no problem. You just need to update the billing informations.

    For online, please clear cache of the browser you are using too.

    Hello KEELS76, since you mentioned that you have two billing accounts, the US and GB Personal/Business accounts, have you tried to sign-in your Microsoft Account Email via
    http://billing.microsoft.com then go to: Payment & Billing then select Billing Info. This will then show you your Billing Account information. Located on the upper-left of it, please see if it's set
    to US. If so, please click this then select GB instead then save the changes.

  11. Hello, I have accessed the Payment and Billing and can select the GB account, but it won't save as the default is USD. I can't purchase games from any region as I haven't any payment details set up for the USD account, and I can't set any up as my Paypal
    UK, and I have no US address as I live in the UK.

    As I mentioned earlier. Only phone support can assist with this or you will have to wait until you can migrate your account back to the UK.

    No one here can help with this issue.
