Serious Ongoing Audio Issue

Hello. I'm currently in Insider Alpha with an Xbox One X. For the last 2-3 updates there's been rather serious issues with audio and playable videos.

1. 
   The audio output will emit high pitched screeching. When getting an achievement or something like a notification pops up it starts these sounds, sometimes it begins by itself after a day or two.

   When the high pitched noises begin - all video content will be slowed down to a crawl in slow motion and will emit distorted slowed down audio for voices and whatnot. This also happens when you're in a party and someone is talking when a mic is unplugged (if you're in the "bugged" state). This makes all apps like YouTube, Twitch, and Mixer completely unwatchable.
   

As far as I know, a hard reset fixes all of these issues for a little while. I'd like to hear if these issues have been reported. I have tried changing HDMI cables, power cycling my One X, and resetting audio settings.
