Serious Lag time/delays during game. Connectivity issues??

Hello! Lately Microsoft Bingo has had alot of delays at the start of games and sometimes during the games. Just now I got to the bonus card, selected my numbers and then it sat there for a long time at least 1-2 minutes. It then went to the game which
was already in progress with a whole window of numbers already called and no way to catch up with empty cards. I had tried stopping the game while at the bonus card - where it said tickets & coins would be refunded; however, it would not let me stop there
but did stop once in the game, but did not refund any coins or tickets. This has happened on several occasions and has cost me several hundred coins & tickets - would not be too big of a deal, but I paid money for some of those coins & tickets - that is frustrating.

Many times I will start a new game and get the bonus card, pick my numbers, the timer runs out and then it brings me right back to the "play" menu of that destination, So I have to start all over again. This happens very often.

I also have experience long delays on the power-ups where I will click on them once the meter shows them and then they stall and don't actually activate for about 30 seconds - sometimes too late to help any and also delays the meter from going up again..
That has happened every game for over the last week or so.

I do not have any updates waiting - I tried those steps.

Are you working on these types of issues - I see I am not the only one having them. Also, is there any way we can get some of our coins and tickets refunded?

xbox live gold connection issues

during game time, connection sometimes drops. tested connectivity and test was fine, baffled!! usually during a game, connection drops and message on screen says " connect to xbox live "

[/quote]Was that sarcasm or you were just agreeing that you never had any problems with lag? The only time I could remember when the servers were really bad were during the first few months of release until they fixed them. Ever since then it's been nothing
but smooth connectivity on my end.

 

I am so frustrated with this game. I too have lost tickets, bingo's and powers ups. I purchased coins and tickets and same thing, it takes them and I have not seen any refunds. Might delete this game. I wish they would fix it

 

If you are losing connection when you are waiting to receive your rewards, please immediately fully close the app by pulling it to the bottom of the screen until it flips.

 

Here we are 1.5 years later and I am having the exact same problems. It's giving me errors every time I open it about merging a guest account (??) even though I'm logged in to XBOX live. It tells me it can't connect and I always have to retry. Finally will
connect, I get to the power card and have the same problems. Very sticky, lag time, by the time the cards come up, the game is in progress and it's nearly impossible to catch up. I'm so tempted to delete this game but have paid actual $$ for coins and keys
and am very reluctant to let that go. PLEASE advise. I'm very frustrated. Perhaps before coming up with a new MS casual game, you guys could actually fix all the bugs in the ones you've already released!
