serious issues

I'm really confused and getting angrier. I have gone through so much in the last year with complaints. It started out small. My controller would just shut off. Then my xbox 360 would just shut down on it's own. It's gone as far as removing friends without
my knowledge or their's. Even achievements won't unlock. And it get's better. 3 in game issues. We'll start with Minecraft. I have had a world completely disappear. Also when I load in a certain world it'll just kick me to the dashboard.To top it all off,
my skin packs are no longer available and I have to re purchase them, NOT HAPPENING. Halo 5 Guardians. What a mess. I bought this through the Microsoft store. Sure I have had some issues with my Halo's...namely 3 and the master chief collection (missing achievements)
but nothing hails in comparison to Halo 5. Not only did I buy the REQ warzone and arena packs which I haven't gotten. I also have spent money on the gold pacts. When I switched my Xbox to the new Gears of War xbox, Halo 5 didn't come. So I lost a complete
game. I complained only to be told that the only thing I ever purchased under my account was the Halo 5 DLC content. Really? If that isn't bad enough, let's talk about my favorite game, Gears Of War. This is when I really started noticing missing content and
items. I bought the Gears of War 2 gold lancer.....Code still works but I can't play with it. I also just had my Gears of War 4 NOT unlock achievements. I just upgraded a legendary card and the achievement didn't go. This is coming from someone who's been
with xbox for 6 loyal years. I haven't gotten any help except complete shut down of the system, clear the MAC and remove profile and down load it again....Just to sync all the games I have purchased from the Microsoft store ( remember, I only purchased the
Halo DLC content), I need some serious help. Not sure but if it's 2 systems, multiple games....I'm thinking something is glitched with my profile? No sure but someone should really try to keep me here. Thanks for your time

Hey DaemoCAS, if you can I would transfer your saved games to the cloud storage and then reformat the hard drive. It is likely that your data became corrupted during the update and starting fresh may be your best option
