    Hello,

    I am posting this here because I am unable (there is no option to) to post this in the Enforcement Support form.

    For the past week and a half I have been under the "Avoid me" reputation. At first I was unaware how this happened. Then I looked online and saw that I had received 2 reports against my account in 11 total years of subscription. I talked to an online support
    agent named Rachel G, and she said I would have to play against others and not be reported to resolve this issue. She also said she would forward our online chat log to the Enforcement Department to see if they can help me resolve this issue. It has been a
    week since then. A week and a half of endless "Searching for Players" screens in all of the games that I have purchased. All of the games that I have purchased except two, Rocket League and World of Tanks (F2P). Since these were the only two games I can play
    online with others, out of all of the others I have purchased under my 11 years of Gold subscription, I have been playing the heck out of them. I have now played with thousands of other players (yes, I have been counting), countless hours, and have not received
    1 report against me. I am still at only 2 reports against my account in 11 years of Gold subscription.

    Today, after playing a few more games with others and not recieving a report against me (the advice that I have been given by your representatives), I was a little disgruntled. So I went back online here to see what I could do about it. I looked under the Enforcement
    Support Forum here, and found that you can submit your case on your account for review, as described here:

    "How do I submit a Case Review?

    Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

    Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an orange hammer icon, or visit your Enforcement History.

    Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select Apply for Review.

    Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting Agree.

    If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated policies. Upon
    successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

    Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game activity,
    or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select Submit.

    After submitting, an XBLPET agent will begin a thorough review of the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the enforcement, taking into account any new details that you have provided."

    When I followed these steps, I have no ability to click on the Orange Hammer, and it says under my "Enforcement and Activity History":

    "Congratulations! You have a perfect record"

    And when I click on the "Policy & Enforcement" tab on the same page it says my reputation is "Good". On the reputation tab it says the same and that I'm a, "Good Player

    Why on Earth, after only receiving 2 reports in 11 years of Gold Subscription, one for "Unsporting" and one for "Voice Communications", do I have a "Avoid me" reputation? Why on Earth, after having played with thousands of other players, and not getting reported,
    has my reputation not increased? Why on Earth, can I not even submit a case review to help solve this issue, because it says I have no previous cases to review and that I'm a good player? Why on Earth does Xbox not value one of there longest subscribes to
    Gold Subscription? Why can I not even enjoy the games I have purchased online with others? How can you fix this issue for me?
    Believe me, I have done my part to try.

    You should be able to sign in at commerce.microsoft.com and see what the charges are for and if you feel that you were overcharged for something you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would be able to straighten
    things out for you.

    Hey DaemoCAS, if you can I would transfer your saved games to the cloud storage and then reformat the hard drive. It is likely that your data became corrupted during the update and starting fresh may be your best option

    There are also steps we have available on our support pages to clear and download the console update again. You can find the steps in Solution 1 under Xbox Dashboard from the Microsoft Support page
    Error: "The game could not start"

    Let us know if any of these steps help you out.
