    SERIOUS ISSUE WITH XBOX LIVE!


    Okay these past 2 months have been HELL on xbox for me and MANY other players! I got banned on my main account "FaZe Replayys" for no reason at all FOREVER.This was my first ever ban after having that account for over 6 years!I then decided to make another
    account and the same thing happened the next day(banned until the year /9999).And so i decided to make another 2 accounts and it just kept happening!A few bans later I got console banned! I am now probably on my 20th account in 2 months and I dont know what
    to do at this point.EVERY BAN IS UNTIL THE YEAR /9999!I got a new console this month and got banned the same day i got my console!After a few accounts i am now console banned once again!I am a YouTuber with over 200,000 subscribers and started streaming on
    youtube about 2 months ago and thats when it started happening.Apparently their is someone going around mass bot reporting accounts until we get banned(started with me)and it has happened to streamers in the past.2 days ago I was streaming with some fans and
    4-5 of them got banned when they joined my party and game!I have already contacted support and they cant do anything about it!This is a SERIOUS PROBLEM!This is getting out of hand,Youtube is my job and its sucks that i have to keep wasting time to make accounts.But
    losing my main account "FaZe Replayys" is the problem and I really want it back! I know there is a way! please help!!!!SERIOUS ISSUE WITH XBOX LIVE! :(

    (These bans usually happen every 2 days!)

    You should be able to sign in at commerce.microsoft.com and see what the charges are for and if you feel that you were overcharged for something you would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they would be able to straighten
    things out for you.

    The bottem words are cut off, it told me "Permission Denied" when I tried to edit the post. Here is the cut off part:

    Why on Earth, after only receiving 2 reports in 11 years of Gold Subscription, one for "Unsporting"

    and one for "Voice Communications", do I have a "Avoid me" reputation? Why on Earth, after

    having played with thousands of other players, and not getting reported, has my reputation not

    increased? Why on Earth, can I not even submit a case review to help solve this issue, because it says

    I have no previous cases to review and that I'm a good player? Why on Earth does Xbox not value

    one of there longest subscribes to Gold Subscription? Why can I not even enjoy the games I have

    purchased online with others? How can you fix this issue for me?

    Believe me, I have done my part to try.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    You can submit a Case Review there.

    Unfortunately there is nothing we on the forums can do assist in instances like these.

    Hey DaemoCAS, if you can I would transfer your saved games to the cloud storage and then reformat the hard drive. It is likely that your data became corrupted during the update and starting fresh may be your best option

    Hey there Daemo,

    There are also steps we have available on our support pages to clear and download the console update again. You can find the steps in Solution 1 under Xbox Dashboard from the Microsoft Support page
    Error: "The game could not start"

    Let us know if any of these steps help you out.
