Serious connection issue

Earlier this morning, I popped online and played a few games and watched some netflix, but was abruptly disconnected from live. I then tried reconnecting, resetting network settings, resetting my router, making sure I had the port open In my firewall, but
nothing. I then tried connecting with my other xbox. Same issues. I went to my PC to see if I could diagnose the problem on the support forums but could not even connect to xbox.com I am currently using my phone because xbox does not exist from within my home
network. i would really like some help with this because it is rather irritating.

Thank you for the reply, I had already filed a police report, I'm more interested in a way to track my gamertags activity if possible.

I would say this is beyond your scope to troubleshoot.

I would suggest that you reach out to your ISP, to raise a support ticket.

If you're familiar with tracert, or traceroute, you could do a traceroute to find out if there's a faulty link in the chain.

On your computer, open up a command prompt (on Windows press "Windowskey + R", then type "cmd" and press Enter. On Mac choose spotlight and type terminal).



Windows: In the black window that opens, type: tracert epix.xbox.com

Mac OS X: in the Terminal window, type: traceroute epix.xbox.com

I would check to see if you are in the same region as colorado and see what microsoft can do to fix the problem going around seeing as I cannot connect even to bing.com along with MANY other people

Are you using a cellular service (mobile etc.) to post here?

 

I am currently using my desktop on my home network, unable to connect with xbox360 device and connect to bing.com from my computer

 

I have been looking around the internet and alot of people from colorado and surrounding places are unable to connect to there xbox live aswell

 

Ok, so you're using your computer, connected to the same network as for any medium you have, and you can browse www.xbox.com just fine, but not bing.com. I'm only referring to your computer.

 

Whoop, everything now is backup. Also back up for the thousands I have been talking with!

Yes that was the problem I was having.

 

Bing.com "was" inaccessable from MY computer, along with my live and hotmail email

 

Confirm that you are up and running again before I send this to the escalation team.
