    I have now been unable to access my account for 2 and a half months now . I have chatted to support about 10 times with no help but it being raised to next level of support. I have tried to call and speak to someone but that service wont work for me, Password
    reset does not work, Restoreing account doesn't either ive tried every way possible had no call or emails back from Microsoft. Support tells me the account is locked .Have also contacted fraud department they havent locked it say a support issue .So can
    the lovely people in support [Mod Removed - see Guidelines] contact me . I have included support id in title

    Have tried 3 different browsers on three different machines all with same messages account has 2 step set up so it wouldn't make a difference i always get codes and all roads lead to the same messages

    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
      • Select - Show contact options
      • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

    If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.
