SeriesX not reading certain games

Since the issue still persists, please try to clear the console cache and persistent storage:

Press the Xbox Button > Settings > System Settings > Storage. Highlight but don't select a storage device, and then press Y on your controller for Device Options.
On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
(If your console does not have this option, don't worry, just skip it)

Press the Xbox One button on your controller.
Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections.
In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.
Next, select Clear persistent storage three times.

Then, please power reset it:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Try to play a disc game but insert the disc only half-way into the disc drive and hold it for a second. You will hear the disc drive pulling it. After holding it for just a second, release it and see how it goes.

Well in this case, since it happens with more than one disc and all discs are new and clean, I would suggest you only to either factory reset your console but removing everything (you will lose all your games and apps installed) or send your console to repair.

I'm not sure if any of these options are viable to you since it is only happening with like 3 or 4 games now, right? But they are the only options left to be honest.

Factory resetting and removing everything will completely wipe out everything on your console and restore only the operational system files. So any corrupted game file that could have been causing it will be removed.

And sending it to repair maybe works or maybe they will test your console disc drive with other discs that work fine and they will return the console to you and say it had no issues.

Which I cleared both and the persistent storage on Blu-Ray

Did a hard power off and unplugged everything and powered down my internet router.

I held the disc back for a second then let the machine take it made a sound like it was reading it then just went silent and nothing didn’t register

However as previously stated inserting the disc in and out several times eventually it will read it

Hi Lucas thanks for your reply , I tried what you suggested and the same problem still happens however only with a very small handful of games that I have identified so far .

Lego Harry Potter Collection

Lego Jurassic World collection

Every other game and disc format works fine .

I have also tried resetting the machine using the holding the power button and pair button, and changing the power options from standby to energy saver .
