Unfortunately you will not receive any benefits as the Game Pass was specifically designed for XB1, PC and Series X. Even though 360 Titles are on the Game Pass you wouldn't be able to install them as they have been made to played Backwards Compatible with
the Xbox One and Series X.

But I am not sure if it would transfer your Xbox Live Gold.

I'm planning on running my 360 and XB1 games from an external drive, but because my internet isn't the fastest I wanted to start downloading the Series X upgrades now, ready to transfer to the Series X's internal storage so they'd be ready to play sooner.
I'll make do with the non-Series X games until they've been installed then.

To clarify the issue. My internet works fine for everything including all Xbox Series X and Xbox One games. It is only when I try to play Xbox 360 games through the Series X backwards compatibility, that online will not work. When trying to play a 360 game, my 360 profile signs in but it always fails to connect to Xbox Live and hits me with the error code I noted above.

3 - I first noticed the issue (that I could no longer access 360 games online) around June this year. And I can confirm that it was otherwise definitely working in October last year. Notably I had moved houses and had a new internet connection set up between these dates.

4 - Yes I can.

5 - I no longer use my Xbox 360 anymore. But when I tried to check if it is also affected by this issue, the answer is yes. The Xbox 360 also cannot connect to Xbox Live. Although it could last year (as we used it specifically for Netflix). So yes, both the 360 console, and all 360 games running through backwards compatibility on the Series X are affected by this error.

Hi, same problem here! I have two 'older' 360-Consoles in use, and at both there is no connection to XBOX-Live possible.

My XBOX-One S is working fine. There are no problems with the internet-connection. Only the XB360s can't connect to XB-Live.
Yesterday evening it was working, but since today in the morning... nothing!

If MS don't want longer to support the XB 360, then please, play with open cards, and say it!
