Series X won’t power on. Unable to submit repair request

Hey folks,

My Series X won’t power on, ran through the gamut of troubleshooting tips multiple times. Sadly, when I try to submit a repair request through the usual method within the devices page I am told there are no repair options available and to contact MS for further assistance. The console is out of warranty by about 5 months, so it’ll be a paid repair, which is fine but I can’t even submit the repair request

Any ideas or something I might be missing? Also, it’s not the power supply, I had a local shop try that using an OEM replacement and no dice.

I got it sorted. I received the shipping label for the repair return yesterday. Thanks for your help

They should be able to yes. The only issue is if it is region locked based on your local or account region. This is because of different warranty repair laws across the globe. I would still suggest calling and getting an agent to submit the request if you can not.

Hey Hugo,

Our team is looking into the issue right now where you can't finalize the submission of warranty repairs. We are hoping to have a fix soon, but I cannot give an ETA. Will keep you posted when we have a work around or solution available.

I attached a screen cap to the original post. A new cord did not help.
