Series X warranty

    Series X warranty


    I sent my Series X in for repairs about two weeks ago and made sure to include the original box and its contents (controller, wires, manuals, etc.). Received a package from microsoft that contained literally just the console itself and the protective foam
    inserts. The original packaging and the rest of its contents are simply gone. To make matters worse, it is simply not possible to get in contact with any of Microsofts specialists because according to Xbox customer support, “phone calls and chats are not
    available for this issue” (or any issue for that matter). Is this a joke? Why would you send back my console but keep everything else I need to use it? Why is it so hard to talk to a human being about where the rest of my stuff is? Incredibly disappointed
    by microsoft and their quality control.

    Apologies for being a little off topic, but I believe I have uncovered a fraudulent scheme here in India and was seeking help to communicate the same to you all seeking advice on future steps

    Might I ask, then is the 1 year warranty for the s|x series consoles ? so they use the same warranty paper notebook for everything ? That seems confusing.

    Disc Drive Issue - Hardware or Software Problem?

    This is the same issue I had with X Series X console. It's a hardware fault. You will need to get the console repaired or replaced under warranty.
