Series X USB disconnects almost every day

I've been experiencing random USB disconnects with my new Series X since the moment i got it; by that I mean literally I had my first one in the first hour of turning it on, when I was trying to copy several games from one external USB drive to another I
left it and came back and all the drives were disconnected and interrupted the copying process after only a few games copied over.

I am using the same drives and the same powered USB hub that I have used since my original Xbox One and Xbox One X for a total of over 5 years and never had this problem with either console as it is a reliable and stable externally powered hub (Anker brand),
I have one Seagate HDD and two Samsung SSD connected to it.

With the Series X however I will get a disconnection (and then booted out of whatever game I am playing if its on external storage) at a rate of nearly once every single day at some point or another. When this happens I will then immediately see the 3 notifications
saying each drive is now ready, like the disconnection is only for a millisecond or something.

My friend who also has had an Xbox One S, One X and Series X and doesnt use a hub but rather just a single HDD directly connected to the console has told me he also has the exact same problem and it is ONLY with the Series X!

It seems to me that this may likely be a widespread manufacturing flaw perhaps with the mobo or the USB controller itself, if that is the case then I would like to know what plans Microsoft has to fix this issue, like perhaps in the form of a product recall
/ repair to replace the clearly faulty USB hardware in what should be flawless next gen hardware... being unable to maintain a 100% consistent USB connection is a pretty glaring design flaw, and I can't imagine any PC or motherboard manufacturer could ever
get away with selling hardware with this problem and seriously not expect people to demand refunds or repairs to fix the issue.
