    Series x turning on after shutdown


    When I shut my series x down, it automatically turns back on and disconnects from my controller. The only way to reconnect is to hold the Xbox button down in the series x for 6 seconds (reboot) what can I do to stop this?

    is anyone else experiencing this?

    well you seem to be the only person that actually has a series x right now so chill, and count yourself as lucky. everyone else's orders are screwed up

    All discs not working on Xbox One

    I've had recent issues with noise and disc drive not being recognised on my Xbox Series X and the only way I found to stop this issue is to do a Full shutdown of the console and restart.

    Settings>System>General>Power...>Full shutdown.

    Its worthwhile removing power cable from console for a few minutes after you shutdown before you restart.

    Also, eject the disc before you shutdown.

    When I want to disconnect the electricity from the device, I turn off the device completely through the settings

    You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

    Xbox Series X won't turn on via controller after a complete shutdown

    I decided to wait and it turns out the console itself takes 10-12s to respond to the controller.

    One X was taking what 3s so for me something was not right.

    I will leave this post here anyway just in case.
