    I made a thread last week about this issue and ended up exchanging that console. Now this new series X will NOT turn on from the controller. Just like last time if i turn my series x on to play i need to do it via the console, now say i turn the console off right after…the controller will turn it on so its as if every 24hrs the console forgets about this controller. Very frustrated as support just tells me to send it in for repair when how would i even have 2 consoles be defective back to back? I have tried resetting the console to factory settings and still the issue persist. Would a controller firmware revert fix this as when i got this second console it updated the controller automatically.
