    Is this problem already fixed? Steelseries Arctis 9X support webpage say that this should have been fixed since November update and i was waiting what takes so long to fix it. My sounds still crackling when i dont use controller about 10-20sec. Also all friends say that voice chat start crackling and stops when i use controller. It is really annoying. Also dashboard sound sometimes crackling when i move around menus. I tought they need to do some update to controller to fix this but i havent got any controller update it is still versio 5.5.264. And second problem is that when i turn on Series X and after that i turn on my Arctis 9X it will be turning itself off in 10sec and after i turn them ON again it usually stays ON. There have been clearly since XBOX ONE X some kind of interference between XBOX and Arctis 9X it is not normal that headphones turns off byself and there have been many peoples with this problem. Its not huge problem to turn them ON again but it clearly tells there is some kind of issue between maybe controllers and Arctis 9X to share same frequency or something.

    If you can get a working series x without issues yes but otherwise the regular controllers work fine. There are so many controllers out there from third parties and some licensed by microsoft. Some cost alot and some really dont.All depends on your preference.
    Some dont need sensitive touch and mapped buttons etc. I prefer both myself but on certain games.

    Microsoft, it's really software problem. All the owners of any wireless headsets complain on this issue.

    I returned my first console because of this issue and the second console has the same problem. I am assuming this a software issue and that many people just simply don’t notice it.
